Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 12, 2026

Welcome to The Vault Hair Salon. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any appointment, consultation, or salon service booked through our website or a connected booking platform.

By using this website or booking a service with The Vault Hair Salon, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes, including learning about our salon, exploring services, contacting our team, and booking appointments.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation

  • Copy or reuse website content without permission

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or connected services

We may restrict access to the website if we believe it is being misused.

Appointments and Consultations

Appointments are subject to stylist availability and confirmation. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee that the requested date, time, stylist, or service is available.

Some services may require a consultation before an appointment can be confirmed. Your stylist may recommend adjusting, rescheduling, or declining a requested service based on your hair’s condition, service history, timing, safety, or the results that can reasonably be achieved.

Service Pricing

Prices displayed on our website or booking platform are starting prices unless specifically stated otherwise.

Final pricing may vary based on factors including:

  • Hair length and density

  • Hair condition and previous treatments

  • The amount of time required

  • The amount of product used

  • The complexity of the requested service

  • Additional treatments or adjustments agreed upon during the consultation

Your stylist will communicate significant changes to the expected service or pricing before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Deposits, Payments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Certain appointments may require a deposit or a valid payment method to reserve the appointment. Any required deposit, cancellation window, late cancellation fee, or no-show fee will be communicated during the booking process or in your appointment confirmation.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the salon policies presented to you at that time.

Please contact the salon as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or missed appointments may result in booking restrictions or a requirement to prepay for future services.

All balances are due at the completion of the appointment unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your stylist may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule your service to avoid affecting other clients. The original service price or applicable cancellation policy may still apply depending on the amount of time reserved and the work that can be completed.

Client Information and Hair History

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your hair history, including previous color, lightening, chemical treatments, at-home products, allergies, sensitivities, medications, scalp conditions, or other information that could affect the safety or outcome of a service.

Withholding or providing inaccurate information may affect your results and could increase the risk of hair damage, irritation, allergic reaction, or another unwanted outcome.

A patch test, strand test, consultation, or medical clearance may be recommended or required before certain services.

Service Results

Our stylists use their professional training, experience, and judgment to provide services based on your consultation and agreed-upon goals. However, hair responds differently depending on its condition, history, texture, and previous treatments. Specific colors, tones, inspiration photos, and final results cannot be guaranteed.

Inspiration photos are used as guidance. They do not guarantee an identical result.

If you have a concern about your service, please contact the salon promptly so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate next step. Any adjustment will be evaluated individually and may need to be completed within a timeframe established by the salon.

Health and Safety

For the safety of our clients and team, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service if we believe it cannot be performed safely or appropriately.

Please notify your stylist before your service if you have an allergy, sensitivity, injury, skin or scalp condition, illness, or other concern that may affect your appointment.

Salon services are cosmetic in nature and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

Minors

Clients under the age of 18 may be required to have permission from a parent or legal guardian before receiving certain services. A parent or guardian may also be required to attend the consultation or appointment.

Personal Belongings

Please keep personal belongings with you during your visit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vault Hair Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items unless the loss or damage was directly caused by the salon’s negligence.

Photos and Social Media

We may ask for permission to photograph or record completed salon work for our portfolio, website, or social media. We will not intentionally use an identifiable client’s image for marketing without permission.

You may decline to be photographed or ask us not to share an identifiable image of you.
